I’m looking to hire someone to help promote my app by managing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts Organic channels (No paid ads). The ideal candidate will handle video uploads, and in some cases, create eye-catching banners and videos using content I’ll provide. Experience with CapCut (for automated captions) is a plus.
The main goals are to increase followers and subscribers organically and create viral content that resonates with the target audience. While I’m open to suggestions on strategy, I would prefer an approach that leverages automation as well as creative, engaging content. A potential strategy could involve a network of “feeder” accounts posting motivational or relevant content to drive traffic to the main app channel.
