Hiring an email marketer

Hi there,

I'm looking to hire a experienced person who has done email marketing for a while. Read on, this is not some nonsense newbie offer.

I have a large private list, not obtainable by anyone else. I also have custom made products that I have already proven to sell to the list very well, as long as people see the email.

I'm not an email marketer myself and I'm tired of fighting the services out there, we are talking about 10-40k emails a day, no dating offers, no ebooks or how to get rich. The product I'm selling is physical and sells very well.

Hi, my career is actually in email marketing so I would be able to do this fairly easily. Just a few questions, is the list separated in groups at all (age, sex, etc) and second question are you looking to pay based on the amount of sales or based on the amount of emails sent? Let me know if you want more info about what I can bring to the table.

I hope you get some one who is accountable and not a time waster. It can be so frustrating to deal with some one who has no idea of what they are doing. I would like to know what methods you will use to evaluate the competence of the applicants so that I can also use that in future. thanks and all the best

I'm still looking. Have had a lot of scam PMs, "give me your whole list and i'll email it, I don't deal in test batches of 100k"... Yeah sounds reasonable.

I evaluate people based on how much they know what they are talking about and the bottom line - clicks/opens.

I have been working with a guy for a few months now and he was making a good 4 figures a month, however his method for the time being is broken - so i'm looking for someone new.
