I run in tier 2 / 3 countries with cod.
Besides, I am not a marketer - I am the guy that owns the whole infrastructure in the field, product, etc
Finally I am offering 30% Guaranteed ROI - obviously this assumes the person is serious - knowledgable and able to run advertising with low costs.
