Hiring a freelancer to get placements for our guest posts

I run a social media marketing business that has created content relevant to our niche that we are looking to submit as guest posts on various sites. The content is not promotional in nature and is largely guides on how to market businesses on different platforms, for which there are limited, relevant links back to our site and other authority sites.
I am looking to hire someone to begin getting placements for them in high authority sites in our niche. Optimally, you would have a background in digital marketing and a profile that you can use to submit these articles to websites that allow guest posts.
Pay depends on your profile and track record here. We are also looking to bring on someone part-time for more general SEO work, so please include all relevant SEO experience if you are interested. We are absolutely NOT looking for any black hat tactics, and this project is exclusively focused on getting legitimate guest post placements on real, relevant sites.
