Hiring a developer who's good with reddit api

We need someone who can develop a solution or a script that fetches more than 250 posts per search using Reddit API.

Reddit caps the search results at 250 max but we need to get more than that preferably 1000 "unique" posts and super fast using Reddit credentials, not a proxy.
for example, if I search for the keyword what on r/askreddit. currently, we can get 225 posts. If you can manage to get 1000 "unique" posts please let me know
