Chargeback ratio its based basically in number of Tier 3 countries IDIOT scammers that randomly use STOLLEN CREDIT CARDS to buy things in my store. so usually there are 20-30 per month. it cause me a 4%-6% charge backs.
I can't control those piece of shit guys that came to my site.

Anything above 1% it's very difficult to find a payment processor.
Why don't you choose not to show your site to regions from where you get this kind of chargeback ratio?

But the problem is already created and almost all payment processors work around Paypal and Stripe. Stripe dont let me create new account.
Authorize.net, 2checkout, mollie, and other processors demand crazy amount of Burocracy and too much complex verification processes... so no no no... that's kinda weird for a small company like mine...
Do you guys have any alternative for me?
