I have used Zarrak Designer for many logos now and have had many issues, mostly with extreme delays. His TAT is advertised as 2-4 days, so what would an acceptable delay? An extra few days? Sure. How about weeks.

Before making this post, I gave him a fair warning with plenty of time and chances to fix it. Here are a few screen shots to show you exactly what kind of timeframe we're talking. This is just a couple examples, but happened on 80% of my orders. Note the dates/timestamps in the conversations. This isn't ok. This isn't acceptable. This has greatly negatively affected my business. I am not here to bash, I just would like to save someone from falling to the same fate due to these extremely unreasonable delays.

This is the last message he sent despite me sending him messages asking for what the status of the logo is (which he has ignored). This logo was never delivered.
