Having 100% identical content on two pages with different slugs can cause keyword cannibalization of ranking URLs. Unless you will set the pages to "noindex" for the fake ones.
Hiding real URLs from people, only Google can know...

You've got the wrong idea.
Two pages won't be cloaking and there won't be any problems in that regard. Yes, they will be doubles and there will be small problems with that, but not too terrible either.
But how are you going to protect yourself from the DMCA? Rank and link to one version of your page and that's what the person who is going to complain sees
What's the point of showing someone a second page if no one will ever see it?
The complaint will be automatically to the page where the violation, and google will not look at it, it is in the index and there is what you violate - you will be banned anyway, your page for people without violations is not interesting to anyone and will never be viewed by anyone.
