Hi, guys
My name on the forum is "random_name". I'm an AI realistic nsfw artist who specializes in realistic renderings of manga and video games characters (Chun-Li, Juri, Cammy, etc), under a different alias than the one I use on this forum. I started posting last week on X and Reddit. I'm trying to build a following on both platforms (although, in X, things are going waaaaaayyy slower than I thought they would go. In 6 days, I only got 17 followers, and my posts are around 50 to 320 views. It's a bummer, but I have a few strategies that I'll try next week. I really do believe the algorithm is dampening AI generated content reach, as no one in my niche is getting significant traction. On Reddit, things are going a little better - even if far from great-, and I have 1100 post karma and a ridiculous 6 comment karma). I receive A LOT of hate for using AI. I'm still very small but I have the dream of being able to earn a steady minimum wage doing this in a year's time).
There's no more realistic street fighter characters than mine. I generate them in any pose without sacrificing quality (AI generation is easy if you're making standard-pose portraits or pics, but, once you start to generate multiple characters in custom-made poses and attires, the quality tends to go down the drain if you do not know what you're doing). I use my own setup with ComfyUI and Photoshop for my work.
Anyway, I joined the forum because I never had any social media profile before, and I saw a few high-value threads through Google searches on how to grow nsfw accounts on X. I'm finding it really hard to grow there, but I'm going to change strategy soon. I didn't even try Instagram because I've been reading that the new algorithm updated makes it somewhat hard for suggestive AI content to get reach in there. I'm going to focus on Reddit and Twitter until I find a solid growth strategy on those, and expand to other socials after that.
I hope this post is not too long. I also hope to find strong growth strategies through reading and trying my own experiments, so that I can bring my two cents to the community.
I monetize through Patreon and commissions, btw.
Cheers,
