So I want to sign up for an affiliate program probably CPA which I can monetize with youtube. Which one do you think will work best for me? I haven't really used CPA before so I really don't know what should I do. I have couple of websites and the best ones are hxxp://onlinemoneytutor.c0m and hxxp://alotof.c0.cc and I wonder which one should I submit while registering?
Also I want to get approved fast cus right now I am trying to monetize a lot of youtube traffic I generate with clickbank/ paydotcom products which is not working very well

I am from Bulgaria so it will be best the network to be international. I actually applied for Hydra network but they didn't called yet .

Try NBA, they have very good products that suits you tube promotion.

If the networks dont call you, YOU should call them (and speak in a confident manner)
