1) xVideos doesn't really have a Limit on uploading Videos, but what do you mean with Watermaker?
2) This question cannot be answered, simply because it depends on certain factors like interactions on the Videos, likes + dislikes and views as well. If you really want to be on the front page then i suggest you upload a Video in high Quality, good length and no bullshit.
If you take a look at the front page Videos then you can have an idea what Kind of Videos i am talking about and how many views they Need.

there haven't any certain limit upload videos on xvideos. but nowdays many people s accounts are banned who uploaded over 10 videos each day.
and ranked on 1st page its also depending title, tags, descriptions, views etc you have to research on these videos which are already ranked on 1st page

i am just uploading 5 to 6 video per day, but i have seen many channel in xvideo they are uploading 30 to 40 video per day.there haven't any certain limit upload videos on xvideos. but nowdays many people s accounts are banned who uploaded over 10 videos each day.

i think uploading not more than 10 videos thats safe. because when i uploaded 5,11,7 total 23 videos in 3days then my accounts got banned

I don't think the number of videos is important but the fact that the IP you are uploading from is VPS/VPN/Proxy.
