Help with SEO for my PR3 blog

My blogspot blog is ranked PR3. It has 115 posts. Google has only indexed the label pages. What I mean is, I have put 6 labels like Smartphones, gadgets, etc. Google has indexed only them. Google has not indexed any of my post urls.

I'm new to seo. Is this the way it works. I've seen other blogs, whose individual posts are indexed.

Please search for "techterrain" on google. It's on 2nd page, the 1st result.
I'm not allowed to post links.
