I'm Newbie In PPI I'm Still Learning The Basics So I HOPE Someone Help Me , I'm Sure You've Been There Once So Please Help Me

1- How Do Bind Your Files , is There is Any Programme Who Do That Can You Share it With Me ?
2- is Torrents Method Still Work ?

1. Any program that compiles executables can be used to bind files together but requires learning a bit of simple code.
Look into programs like Advanced Installer, Setup Factory, NSIS or google "create installer" and then spend some time learning the available programs and what they can do for you.
For simpler route you can google "sfx binder" or look into a program called iexpress which is very simple to use.

2. Yes, you can make shitloads of money with torrents but it requires good tools, clever strategy, and persistence.
Most people give up easily and then tell others it is a useless method which is untrue.
If you want to make PPI+torrents work for you
then you need a clean package (method to bind files and deliver them to the downloader), a tool for spoofing seeds (increase downloads),
a seedbox (dedicated server to host your torrents)
and aged/trusted/verified accounts on the biggest torrent sites (KAT, TPB, Etc. -yes this can be done if you research it) along with a strategy that allows your uploads to stick and get traffic. Work all that out and you can easily make 100k+/yr. PPI income with just 20hrs/week effort.

Using dropbox as webseed will work for seed?

Nope, in order to seed you need to be actively running a torrent client like utorrent with the torrent loaded into it. You can do this from your home machine if you have a strong connection but it is preferable to use a dedicated server (or VPS) with 100mb port or better. There are plenty of tutorials around that describe this process. (i.e. google "how to create and seed a torrent")

There are many meathod on Internet for how to use dropbox as webseed
It say that I have to put the dropbox public link in the webseed box while creating the torrent

Yes you can do that but it is not an advisable method since dropbox will only webseed if no other real seeds exist on the torrent (afaik)

Check into the Kimsufi's from OVH and you will find a server with 100mb dedicated port for about $15/month. Choose your flavor of linux,
install deluge and be seeding at 10-11mbps 24/7. It's worth every penny if you are serious about torrents.

Generally the offers you will be sharing will be pegged as malware by the AV companies and this will piss a lot of your downloaders off
who then gripe to mods and get your torrent pulled from action. There are other ways they can spot you too but user reporting is
the most common cause of deletions.
