Hello,

Totally new here!

I just recently got permanent ban on my paypal account. I do some grey area works. I sometimes get DMCA requests and comply everytime. But this time without any reason my PayPal account got banned. I really need to get this account back. Answering all their questions is also a little hard, considering what I do. I have a site owned with my friend, but I can't share this site either.

This is what the paypal agent said:

If you are 100% aligned to the PayPal terms and conditions and have been conducting your business in a genuine manner, I can certainly raise a request to re-review the account limitation. For that, I'd need to collect some information from you:

Please answer all the below given questions.

1. The purpose of using your PayPal account?

2. If you are receiving payments, please let us know if you provide virtual/digital services or sell physical items/products?

3. Please elaborate on how you receive your orders from your buyers and how long does it take to deliver those goods or services to your buyers?

4. If you have any website/online store/social media page, then please share the same. Links too Instagram and Facebook?

5. If you have any registered business documents or any supporting documentation about your goods/services, then you can also add those as attachments?

Once PayPal flags you, it’s tough to get back in unless your docs + business model are 100% clean. The questions they ask are basically their way of testing consistency across your answers, website, and docs. If your niche is grey, safest move is to plan for an alt solution instead of banking on reinstatement.

I understand, I just want to give it a try.. I can never make a PayPal again with my indentification again, so just want try it. I think I don't have much to lose anymore.

Does it have any money? or they just banned empty account? if empty there's no change to get it back.
Few years ago they banned my paypal with 1600+, somehow i restore it and transfer money on payoneer, currently using another paypal if they can limit i just submit a documents and they restore account within 5 minute - 1 days.

No there wasn't any money. I had taken the money out an hour before the ban. But the work I do, I can only accept payments via PayPal

Ok then forget about it.
That paypal had a really high limits. Like maxed out limit. So I really need that account. Hopefully someone can help build answers so that I can consistently response to them and get the account back.

If the site is private, maybe screenshots and detailed step-by-step explanations of your service delivery can convince them

Is there anyone or any service that offers to help recover permanently banned PayPal accounts? Can anyone help me answer those questions? Or create a business or websites to show?

If your niche is not popular, I think the safest bet is to plan for an alternative solution rather than rely on recovery.

I'm not sure about popularity, but I receive around $10-11k per month. And in the future, I might need PayPal for my if I can build a start up. PayPal is one of the most acceptable payment methods; getting banned from there wouldn't be good for me. And right now, without PayPal, getting my payments would also not be easy. Tons of fees, legal issues too maybe? Change scares me!

paypal perm bans almost never lift once they tag u risky. answering those Qs won’t help if ur biz model ain’t clean. safest move: forget recovery, spin fresh entity, diff details, new bank. use alt processors (wise, revolut, crypto gateways) so u not dependent on pp ever again.

How's wise? Checked it before, and our dev said the docs didn't have much detail about integrating it into a site.
Cloacking?
Rotation of multiple accounts
Not sure how I can get multiple accounts. If I get stealth paypals, that would also be temporary plus extra commission. If nothing else then I guess this would be the last option?

I got some suggestions from a friend, and I hope I can get more definite ideas or suggestions or direct help here!

What he said:

Be vague and answer with something like "I offer digital services, customers purchase a virtual currency and use this to exchange it for digital goods." You can expand on it with fake stuff like "ad-free subscriptions, supporting creators" but that's not the necessary and can be used against you. They might ask for the domain where the purchase originates from, which would likely be an issue for you. You can argue it's protected behind accounts to prevent bad actors from making fake purchases and thwart charge-backs because people with an account have a higher conversion rate, i.e. better intentions. Then provide a screenshot or something of the goods you sell like the aforementioned ad-free subscription, which you can just create quickly or photoshop and then delete.

Be confident, don't overshare in a bad way, but overshare in a sense that they can use the response to answer the next question, or see you're forthcoming.

You can find a bunch of Russian services that will open a permanently limited account for you within 24 hours. I don’t know how they do it, but it seems like they have an insider or something.
Can you give me more information?
