Support does nothing almost every time. Duno if still possible knew someone long ago I remember bt no contact anymore. Got some accounts fixed n they charged me a kidneys worth for it so yea there must be ppl but most certainly not someone advertising on the forum. Sorry best bet is to ask around with other models.
