Help With Last Google Changes

Hi, my intention is rank 1st in google serps for x keyword...and i was wondering if a domain previously used with WP-Robot (so full of dup content) could badly affect my future position...a sort of penalty.
This duplicate content has ben removed two days ago, but I'm afraid that Google may consider it, especially because now there are lot of 404 errors after the cleaning.
should I buy a new domain?

I would say to never remove previously indexed stuff. You are losting some juicy, even if it's dup content. Just let it go and move on to build unique content then.

Make some rewrite rule to point 404 (googlebot only) -> /index. This will retain some juicy if you got backlinks.

More people can tell you more... I never did what you did

Instead of buying a new domain and do all the work from strach, it is better you rebuild the authority of your existing domain with unique content. It will take you few months to regain your reputation and authority but you will get quickly than your new domain.

Just keep building unique content as well as some quality High PR backlinks on daily basis.
