Help with Crypto guys

Hi guys
I hope all of you are safe and sound
Recently, I've been trying to buy some crypto , yet I could not for every time my visa, mastercard got rejected and the payment is failed!! Tried uphold, binance, nothing works out
Coinbase does not accept my country in buy, sell option!! I dont know what to do? Any help

Both were rejected .
