Hi all,

I don't have much experience with cold emailing, but I have a project coming up that requires it. Are there any experienced cold emailers out there who can help me out? Alternatively, do you know of any guides that could assist me in setting up my cold emailing campaign?

My goal is to send around 1000-2000 cold emails per day.

There are many useful information on BHW.

Are you doing B2B or B2C?

Try to be more specific to get accurate replies.

Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify, I am planning to target individual consumers (B2C).

If your target is inbox only then go with bulk reputed smtp mailing if your okay with warmup then go with dedicated mailers or Trial RDP mailers like Atomic sender.

Good luck :)

Thank you for your response! I am not familiar with 'bulk reputed mailing.' Could you please provide an explanation of what it is and how it works? Alternatively, do you know of any sources that could provide more information on this topic? Thank you!

We called it simple approach. Where you buy bulk gmail , outlook or other accounts and we rotate them for sending .. You will find so many bots , applications which allows to add such accounts for sending emails.

they are paid services too who charge monthly services to protect your accounts from burning quickly and they manage all your mailing part.

Checkout forum you will find so many ideas to work with..

Good luck :)

With B2C you're going to have a tough time landing and staying in the inbox. B2B is tough, but with B2C cold email is illegal and at that point you're in spam territory. ISPs have sophisticated anti-spam algorithms and you're looking at an expensive setup but little ROI.

Your best bet is to load that email list into Facebook ads for retargeting.

Hmm, that sounds like it could be effective for me. Do you have any recommended bots for this?

Would it still be worth it if I sent a lower amount of emails? For example, what number of daily emails would be manageable without incurring high costs? Perhaps 500 to 1000?

You dont need any bots
just buy bulletproof RDP , trial atomic or try for null version , buy bulk accounts , link and send..

Just 3 steps and you can repeat the process for sending high send outs too ..

Good luck :)

Great! That sounds good.

What would be a safe amount of emails to send out daily? I don't need to send thousands. Something in the range of 500-2000 would be sufficient.

10 accounts are more than enough for long term. But we cannot say how complaints rate will be so when delivery is getting low day by day you can get new accounts again..

Good luck :)

You're looking at maybe 1 click on 1,000 B2C sends. And that's maybe if you hit 100% inbox rate...

Years ago it would be worth it for millions of emails, but these days with how sophisticated these ISP spam filters are, it's just not worth it anymore. Filters these days can track engagement rate. They know what the engagement rate on legitimate emails look like, what they look like on cold emails, and what they look like on pure spam. After a while you won't even hit the spambox, these ISPs will flat out refuse your emails altogether.

There's different approaches you can take for emailing, but with the cost of setup, cost to clean your list, time or warmup, managing domains to rotate, etc., B2C ROI on spam really isn't worth it anymore, especially if this is your first crack at cold emailing. If you were doing B2B it would be a long tough road as well, but it would still doable and you'd get a much, much higher ROI.

You can use atomic mail sender with multiple accounts Gmail and proxy listsatomicmail.gif
