help, western union and payonner question

hello, i'm trying to figure out how to send some money that i have on my payoneer card to argentina.

i have a friend that has a already verified western union online account, can i give him my payoneer card details to let him add it to fund source and send my money to argentina ?

i don't want to get my money stuck because i need to send it in a hurry.

also if this will get my money stuck or can't be done ? there is another way to send my payoneer money to argentina ?

i can't, i live in venezuela, lots of control are applied here to avoid the citizen to have $, the card is here with me so, can't go to an ATM to withdraw money.
