Haha love this. Firstly, I'd suggest you do an English course/ study for English. To make good money online, English is a huge skillset you'll need. In my opinion, you'll also be able to charge more.

After this... what do you like to do? What interests you?

I was in the same situation as you 5 or 6 years ago, I am from 3 tier country too and the internet helped me a lot...
And the idea of learning Web Development is a good idea, push yourself to learn daily for 2 3 hours believe me after 3 years you will be proud of yourself...

You will be able to make multiple things and automize multiple tasks and that will guarantee your consistency if you are in a field that requires hard work daily, especially in SEO...

And this is a strength that most of your competitors don't have...

So my tips for you are:

1) Learn Web Development,
- if you reached a level of mastering it; Work on freelancing websites for a while just to collect some cash. don't work for money use your skills on your own projects and don't work for money but make money work for you...
- Once you reached a high level and you have the money you can outsource tasks to other developers easily, and because you understand the industry very well other developers will not robe money from you for shitty things...
- You will have a better understanding of the industry and how things and their algorithms work, so you can create your own ways to bypass the system.
2) Learn SEO And read about it each day and practice:
- Because SEO even if it's a question of time but since you don't have money to invest you have to invest your time...
- Maybe your language is an advantage for you because on 1 tier countries SEO Is hard and for tier 3 countries the competition still on his beginning like 1999 - 2003 in the US.
3) Invest in your self read books in your field, and on self-development:
- To learn how to acquire Good habits of successful people...
- To learn from other people and expert's mistakes and tips...

go to college it's helpful for you, don't focus on money it will take time for you,so better go to college or else your screw yourself.
and if you become tea seller invite me please.

Definitely do not go to university. Absolutely become an excellent English speaker; this is hugely important. If I were not a native English speaker, and was told I need to learn English, it would be maddening for me.
Cheers!

I agree.

I have good contacts with people from India on here, and they speak better English than me!

sir, I bought two English courses from udemy and order 3 books from amazon
think and grow rich
power of the subconscious mind
and Bhagavata Geeta in English

Very soon I will share my daily routine btw I have a good habit to wake up 5 am without an alarm
but i am trying to wake up at 4 am

thnx can you tell me I want to know more stuff like best courses to learn and books

You have to find that yourself you have to learn how to do research, you have to be addicted to torrent and nulled courses websites since you don't have cash yet to buy Udemy courses

as a beginner, I suggest you pick up some courses about Basic HTML/CSS after 1 to 3 months you will be able to create some static pages, then move on to PHP practice it for one year understand it very well build websites using it..., build maximum websites and ideas as much as you can on your localhost.

After one year moves to Javascript you will be able to learn in one week believe me because all programming languages have the same concept (if conditions, while loops, for...)...

- Once you got the basic Developpement skills to learn their frameworks and libraries
- Javascript ===> Jquery.
- HTML/CSS ==> Bootstrap.
- PHP ===> Laravel, but don't be so hasty to move for it before having a better understanding of PHP OOP and MVC And Design Patterns.

- Get familiarised with Wordpress:
- Understand the algorithm behind it, how WordPress Work? how to create themes child and WP Themes from scratch.
- How to create WP Plugins based on your ideas and needs.

- Advice1: don't learn a skill or framework just because it's famous and a lot of people are talking about it, but because you need it on your projects...
- After 3 years we consider you as a junior web developer but it doesn't mean you can earn money easily because there is a lot of competition certainly from Indian and Pakistani Web Developers and they don't have a problem to work cheap services..., what does that mean? you have to find ways to exploit what you learned.
- You can learn whatever language you need easily then, and if you grow you budget you will have the ability to outsource easily.

- Advice2:
- Exploit what you learned on your own projects SEO, for example, there are hundreds of journeys in this forum about Autopilot Websites and Streaming Websites, there is persons who are on this industry who are able to do that just by outsourcing tasks to other Developers on freelancer.Com Or Upwork ;), that's why I told you to make money work for you and don't work for money.
- You can work on, CPA Marketing, for example, you can create your own tools to create landing pages fast for example. Can you imagine what can you do using your skills and imagination?

- Advice 3:
- While you are learning Web Developpement Skills(Sharpening the saw), learn about other fields (E-mail marketing, Social Media Marketing, Media Buying), and try to discover some ways to bring some cash daily 5$ 10$ 20$.

- Advice 4:
- Read books: What I highly recommend is Atomic Habits, Power Of Habits, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People5 Seconds Rule, The 4 Hours a Week, Compound Effect, Eat that frog, Power of focus.
- Those books are the most effective books you can read, they will make you self-disciplined and effective, believe me, what makes the difference is consistency on to be consistent you have to acquire Good Habits and to be Self-Disciplined.
- Books of fortune and how to be rich are useless if you don't have the Good Habits...

Web design, web development - Start with youtube (freecodecamp. org- it's the youtube channel)
Writting- First start to better yourself on english language & user gramarly
Start a youtube channel
Amazon affiliate marketing

There are so many skills you can learn. I would start with web design and development until you can become financially independent from your work. Then writing to make few extra bucks and to start an affiliate marketing on amazon and for your scripts on your youtube channel.

How much i thank you thnx bro thnx sooo much
can you tell me how much i can after 3-4 years and how much money i need to spend(i know this is newbie question but i am confused about how much i need)

Coding looks easy from outside... but it's not easy at all. The tutorials on youtube/internet can teach you syntax but you'll need to create logics yourself.

Honestly, I think your writing is pretty solid so my recommendation would be to have writing gigs on the side (fiverr) and meanwhile start your own affiliate website, once you set it up post articles on there and if you are consistent and write a 2k article every other day I'm sure that in a year you'll be able to make at least 2k a month from that. You can learn everything about affiliate website and how to write proper articles for them and how to research keywords here or somewhere else on Google.
