    Dumb question here,

What is a good way to make some money from a video posting blog?

Videos are uploaded to youtube and embedded on my site. I have adsense on there but rarely get any clicks. Is there any other ways I could be making cash? So far it gets a min of 100 uniques per month.

You advice would be highly valued :30:

Well first off, 100 uniques a month isn't going to make you much to begin with. Second, what is your site about? Anything video related in general, or?

The site is fairly new, I'm link building to bring in some different leads. The videos are about stupid driving videos, crashes ect. Users are mainly interested in watching the vids (lol ofcourse). So I'm wondering if there's a genius way to make some extra cash here. Thanks for the reply :)

Well once you start getting more traffic, you should host the vids on youtube still but you should get a custom video player for your site and run ads through the videos as well as the site. Also try some different CPA ads or something, see if something converts, mess around with how you have your ads placed as well, blend them in and put them where the user is going to see them or just mainly around and in the content itself where they will be focusing their attention on.

Loudmo has a "download FLV player" program that pays about $1.50 per install. The FLV players allows users to directly download the youtube clips on their PC.

Basically you can add some text bellow each video saying "Download This Video For Free" or something like that.
