Does anyone have a way to bypass this or something?

My Instagram has a challenge but Instagram is asking code in my email and number which has long been forgotten by me.

I was just quite puzzled because I did change the old email and number into a new one before Instagram asked me to verify, yet they asked me to verify my long-forgotten old email/number.

Is it still possible to recover?
Or maybe I have to say goodbye to it?

you can always hit try, or try forget password, it will give some hint about mail used.
