If you have already views only the content quality can help to make sure the peoples look at your video for long time. The tubnails ,title can help make peoples click on your video but if you have issue with watch time improve your content.

Be the first one to cover trending topics. Also the video quality should be very good. It will definetly give initial boost and you can then earn from it in future after monetisation.

Hey Derick, I think the content in your video is the most important factor in deciding just how many views it will get. Good content will result in better behavioral analytics that YouTube’s algorithm will recognize and reward your video with better organic search positioning.
