[HELP] SEO Questions

Hi to everyone!
I have two questions for every SEO expert outhere.
1) How do i actually target more than one keyword?
I mean, when I use Yoast SEO(Free) it let's me choose a single keyword, but I read that I can target multiple keywords, do I just write articles where I write the keywords that I want?
Example: I want to rank for "how to make money" and "how to make money with Facebook" do I have to write the article "repeating" these two LT keywords more than one time to target them?
2)How do I actually target a long tail keyword?
This question is similar to the first one.
Example: I want to rank for "black shoes that never gets white" should I write an article writing this LT keyword more than one time in the article to target it?And just hope that googles understands that this is the keyword that I want to rank for?
I want to build a MNS and rank it but I still don't get these simple aspect of keyword targeting, because before I build this site I want to do a proper keyword plan

dont waste money to much... if u didnt have any idea how to rank more than one keyword...
i think yoast wont help u.... but u can try it for free.
