Help selling this site

Hi mates,
so I have brand new site optimized to Apple products offers. The site is created for iphone, ipad, etc CPA offers. It's looking like professional site witch are offering best offers on the internet! It has almost everything that need. I was creating it full 2weeks.. ;/
But there are one disadvantage - the trademark. Yes you can use the trademark, but one day you can get a C&D letter and they will shutdown your site.. So I don't want to risk and thats why I chosen to sell this website. But there are similar sites with apple trademark that are still working few years..

So lets go back to the subject. Can anyone please suggest me where I could sell this site and how much I could get for it?

Ok, so I think I have to put some offers into the site and make some revenue with it. After month I will try to sell it.
If the site would have let's say 50$/month revenue, how you think, how much it would be worth?

Not good enough bro. You need atleast 100$ for a good flip in my opinion. Also bryanon is right, he is real pro in flipping.

if it will start making 50$ per month and in 3 months its income get stable or higher then it can be sell easily from 250$ to 350$
