What product are you running, is it a clean product or a product rejected by Facebook?

Facebook may see unusual activity on this Account. I think you should change your payment method and change your IP
 
It could be due to a problem with your payment not being accepted, or it could be because your ip doesn't match. You should use accounts with previous spending, hope you can do it
