[Help Require] Fiverr Banned old ac require to transfer from new

Hi, I had two accounts on fiverr one was banned when i trying two accounts to transfer $ to payoneer !
one account was banned and then other was also banned when i try to ask support to give my $ from banned account.

I hv the same Payoneer account but new fiverr account i hv revenue on it want to transfer through my Payoneer Master card so what can i do Help me !
