I have a new client that runs an airport taxi business. I’ve noted down the various search terms that she wants to rank for:

Bournemouth
(Airport) Taxi Bournemouth to Heathrow
(Airport) Taxi Bournemouth to Gatwick
(Airport) Taxi Bournemouth to Southampton
(Airport) Taxi Bournemouth to Luton
(Airport) Taxi Bournemouth to Stanstead

(Airport) Transfer Bournemouth to Heathrow
(Airport) Transfer Bournemouth to Gatwick
(Airport) Transfer Bournemouth to Southampton
(Airport) Transfer Bournemouth to Luton
(Airport) Transfer Bournemouth to Stanstead

Poole
(Airport) Taxi Poole to Heathrow
(Airport) Taxi Poole to Gatwick
(Airport) Taxi Poole to Southampton
(Airport) Taxi Poole to Luton
(Airport) Taxi Poole to Stanstead

(Airport) Transfer Poole to Heathrow
(Airport) Transfer Poole to Gatwick
(Airport) Transfer Poole to Southampton
(Airport) Transfer Poole to Luton
(Airport) Transfer Poole to Stanstead

Christchurch
(Airport) Taxi Christchurch to Heathrow
(Airport) Taxi Christchurch to Gatwick
(Airport) Taxi Christchurch to Southampton
(Airport) Taxi Christchurch to Luton
(Airport) Taxi Christchurch to Stanstead

(Airport) Transfer Christchurch to Heathrow
(Airport) Transfer Christchurch to Gatwick
(Airport) Transfer Christchurch to Southampton
(Airport) Transfer Christchurch to Luton
(Airport) Transfer Christchurch to Stanstead

I’m split between two options for the content strategy. In either option, there will be at least three pages, one of the Bournemouth search phrase, another for the Poole search phrase and another for the Christchurch search phrase. From there I am a bit stuck…

I can either:
1. Have three pages targeting the locations Christchurch, Bournemouth or Poole with journey information to each airport and their price. This will lead to 3 pages filled with loads of content (and I’d ensure they’re easy to navigate so the user can find their relevant journey information).

2. Create additional pages to be specific to the journey themselves meaning 1 page for Christchurch to Heathrow, another for Christchurch to Gatwick, and so on… This leads to multiple pages that are significantly shorter in content and therefore with less keywords on the page and maybe not as competitive with competing websites. Only plus here is that the page itself may be more specific for the search phrase?

Which do you think the best route to go down is?
