[HELP] Please help me to solve this proxy problem!!!

I'm using a social account creating software.. So every time I have to load proxies to it .. Recently I bought ADSL router and got internet before I used USB dongle to access internet... Now, When I'm connected to internet via ADSL router the software has a fault with proxies ... It displays ' failed to load sign up page ' even though I import thousands of proxies but when switching back to USB dongle it works fine... Can someone please help me?
