Help Needed

I am really excited that I joined this forum today. This is my first thread please forgive me if anything is wrong in my post.​I have a .NET domain name in the fitness niche. The keyword gets 2,900 U.S searches in the month and 3,600 searches globally. The keyword has medium competition. Page Rank is one. And the domain is 3 and a half years old.
I want to flip it at flippa but have no idea of the price at which I should sell it. And at what price should I keep it reserved. Please give me your advice on this.

Is your site earning anything? Apart from other criteria -- niche, rank, traffic, content, etc. including, if the site is earning through any source (Adsense including) will will help attract a few good customers imo. All these, earnings especially, will help determine the approximate price you can expect...

Thanks for replying. I have not created the site. I just bought the domain that was listed on e-x-p-i-r-e-d-d-o-m-a-i-n-s.n-e-t. So what is the price that I can expect without actually building the website. I just want to flip it for quick cash.
