Help needed in browser fingerprints, will reward handsomely

I have learned that BHW is an absolute gold mine, but after everything, i have nowhere to turn but here. Please, can someone help me figure out how to defeat the browser fingerprinting of this site. I need it to recognize me as a unique user everytime i visit it. Trust me i have tried everything, from antidetect, to User agent spoofer, to multiloginapp, none of them work. I have yet to try TOR, however i doubt it will work. The privacy policy of the site says that it collects UA,page visited,IP, and clickstream, however even after spoofing all that it still recognizes me. What is it for you ask? This is the site where if i enter my email(i generate a temp), i get some reward on another site. have tried this on different devices, and it works once per device, and then never again. Looks like a form to get free product samples.

Exactly, its a survey, but actually gives out rewards for the first time on each device. That is why i need to break the fingerprinting on this.
