Does anyone know of a blackhat or whitehat method that I can make $30 in around a week without any investment? So that I can start a professional looking website and pay for hosting fees
Can't PM either as i don't have enough posts. Please help!

Check out fiverr.com ... you can do almost anything for $5 ($4 after Fiverr takes their cut). Check out oDesk, and you can offer services there. Go to DP, and you can do things for people for $$. There are contests, or people will just pay you to post on their forum, or complete incentive offers.

Just write 10 or 15 good 400 word+ articles on a popular subject and go sell them in a forum like DP. You'll get the money right away in your Paypal account.

They have a rating system there where you can see the buyer's history of dealing with sellers and vice versa.

takes a week to rate sample piece before you can write articles

Fiverr has a minimum payout? I have transferred $4 to my paypal account before from there.
