I need around 5000+ likes on a photo on instagram but I am broke to buy any services and would prefer real ones.Is there any social exchange sites that would work fast and safe ? or any high quality way to get free likes.Thanks in advance !!!

I'd like that it's for some contest and I don't have that much time.It takes huge time to grad followers on any personal account as I've seen.
 
I'd love that it's for some contest and don't have that much time.And gaining followers is tough for personal accounts,you have to invest a lot and getting over 5k likes in a personal photo isn't that much easy job.

ATM no such site is providing real likes they all provide from specific countries those fake likes can easily be found by contest holders so think about something else

Try the traditional way of gaining likes. Using hashtags, etc
 
As Mihai1497 suggested above, Gramblr is your best bet.
