HELP! My account was hacked and then disabled.

Somebody hacked my account, changed my username, and the email associated with the account. Then it was disabled or deleted. I suspect this was done to sell it, so I don't think they would have deleted it.

Is there anything I can do to save it? My phone number was removed from the account as well.

I had put my password into telegram because it was supposed to be a rounds bot. But it must have been a fishing scam. I messaged the guy and he didn't seem to want to sell the account to me, and now he is not responding.

Please tell me if there is anything I can do. My account doesn't show up anywhere because it's disabled so I don't know how to report that.

You can send a mail to instagram support narrating your incident, if you are in luck they might respond... Aside that, i doubt your account can be recovered cos the email and phone associated with it has been changed. Sorry OP

What email should I use? I can't find one online.
 
Use this contact form to tell them your account was hacked https://help.instagram.com/contact/151081798582137
Don't use the "My account was hacked" option or you won't be able to send the form. Use the first option and write about the problem.
Enter the email you used to register the account. Instagram stores all infos it has about an account, even if somebody changed the email.

I filled out the form, hopefully I will get a response. I know I can prove the account is mine, it's just whether or not they are willing to take it back or not.
