Help me understand what i am doing wrong

I have a question about one of my sites.
I am trying to understand what i am doing wrong...

I have a site in the Online Open Port Check Free Service, the site is online since 2013.

Here are the current site matrix:
It has about 300 unique users and 600 page view per month.
There are 3 free online service on the site.
There are 4 free windows networking tools for download.
There is 1 Android app for the site ( I did not launch it yet).
There are 73 articles on the site (Yoast say 70 green, 3 not green).
According to webmaster tools It has 255 backlinks.
According to SemRush it has 488 backlinks.
Moz matrix are DA 11, PA 23
SemRush Top Organic Keywords are 168.

I am using AdSense for money but get only 1-2$ per month....
I have a twitter for some of my site include this that have about 1K followers.

What are your recommendation to do to get more traffic to the site?

Do kw research around that nice, optimize the articles for long tails and make sure the site link structure is well built (search for silo structure).

Also consider other ways of monetizing the site.
