I think all your posts with quotes from scrapebox support clearly lay out your issue. Scrapebox has been around for years and is highly reputable.

On occasion, over the years, I have "fired" a customer. So you have clearly either attempted to scam them, purchased with stolen info or so severely wasted their support time that you have cost them money rather then make them money.

I mean it could be a combo of any or all of those, or multiple issues, but at the end of the day your costing them a lot of money and they are losing money on you. When I fire a customer because they cost me more then they make me or fraud or whatever, thats it. I have no reason to let them be a customer again, because I know that I am already in the hole with them and even if they purchased, in many cases, I would still be in the hole even after their purchase. Combine that with a high probability that they are going to drive me further into the hole, and why on earth would I sell to them? I woudln't and I don't.

I think its clear scrapebox has no desire to do business with you, you should go find another software and make sure you keep things on the up and up and are conscious that their time is valuable and all the rest.
