HELP ME LOSSING TO OF USER

Hello please help me from 8 Jan i got sudden down in my daily users and also lost my and ranking keyword my website is music site in india and when i post contect after 8 jan google only index it but dont rank it o any page just indexing and i am losing my rank in my old keywords from 1 to 15,19
please help me what to do to gain my ranking back and how much time its take i know its may be due to google update but please help me what to do recover its my only and only money site.
