Help me gain followers with IG Ads

I have a personal account (arts related) , around 5000k followers, and looking to grow legitimately through IG /FB ads. Only problem is it didn't really seem to work when I tried doing it myself.

So looking for someone to set up the ads for me or offer advice. Pls pm with your questions/quotes

A 500k page doesn't need anything to grow. Just post good content and you will grow yourself if all you followers are real.
 
It's 5000 not 500k
