i have one employer(newbie),i want to use him to do white hat seo for my site because he is very cheap (around $10 a day for 8 hours)
What kind of method ?
for now:i just tell him for link exchange.
Help me to monetise him

WOW ! That's great. Ok why not give him simple link building job. May be some forum will be a good help.

have him read the link builder's bible... you can get it from the [GET] section here...

I'd grab some plr articles, have him spin them and do some link pushing via article marketing.

Well ask him to do all off page SEO services, like directory services, Article submission, forum posting, Press Release submission, social bookmarking.

BTW I don't think $10 a day is cheap price as it makes around $220 per month (assuming 5 days a week). In this price you can hire any SEO expert from Asian countries and in that case you don't have to be bother about teaching him anything.
