i have one employer(newbie),i want to use him to do white hat seo for my site because he is very cheap (around $10 a day for 8 hours)
What kind of method ?
for now:i just tell him for link exchange.

Well ask him to do all off page SEO services, like directory services, Article submission, forum posting, Press Release submission, social bookmarking.

BTW I don't think $10 a day is cheap price as it makes around $220 per month (assuming 5 days a week). In this price you can hire any SEO expert from Asian countries and in that case you don't have to be bother about teaching him anything.
