Hey! So I want a hosting plan for Wordpress with unlimited websites
So please help me choose:

A2Hosting -

Swift/Turbo plans, seems great and now there is a discount, but
https://howtostartablog.com/hosting/a2-hosting-swift/
Say that this is not WP optimized, while
https://howtostartablog.com/hosting/a2-hosting-turbo/
is.

So this is another seems fine hosting provider..
With plan Prime of unlimited websited and a holiday discount, with 1 click WP installs
https://www.justhost.com/web-hosting

BUT, yet again, https://howtostartablog.com/hosting/justhost-prime/ says that it is NOT WP optimized..

Please help.

How about choosing someone from here, with a reputation ....like @littlewebdragon / Servikus ?

For shared hosting at normal cost but with better than normal service, I would suggest Siteground instead of A2. Unlimited WP is possible with them.

Never tried a2hosting but I know people who use them and are satisfied with it...
Justhost - stay away.... support is crap...

As you have stated, you need unlimited. But to tell you frankly, unlimited is just a marketing gimmick. You can not have an unlimited site on one CPanel as the more you add the more it will eat up the resources and if youre account has been eating up resources, they, the hosting company will either message you to upgrade your account to a vps or dedi.

Anyways, heres what I can recommend as I have been using them, they offer unlimited sites, bandwidth etc.
Interserver and RyeHost... they both offer unlimited hosting.

Now when it comes to optimizing or speeding up wordpress, both of these hosting companies use Litespeed webserver with lscache. (You could also look for other companies that offer this). LSCache is definitely the best caching I have tested so far, and just by installing the Litespeed Cache, your site will be fast and optimized. And also there are some settings in that plugin that could actually speed your site more. Then combine it with Cloudflare or any other CDN, you will have a blast as long as you do trial and error with the settings to get the best of your site.

You'd better think about VPS.
