Help me buy an IG Username

I'd like an IG Username but someone owns it.

I do think they are inactive and no longer use the account.

I would like someone with a strong account to reach out to inquire about buying it and the negotiate the offer.

Payment will only be made if the owner responds; even if the price is too much.
Lmk how you'd go about this and your experience.

So long as it isn't generic or too short and you have some sort of documentation to base the claim on (i.e. trademark), it shouldn't be too difficult to do.
