I'm working with lospollos too and so far, I havent had conversions with the smartlink on social media. Maybe its time for a landing page...

It might be also be Adverten or LosPollos.

Yeah, try it out. I changed my landing page and it bumped up my conversions by x2. I wouldn't recommend using a "Click here if you are over 18", try to get creative with it.
