Hey!
I'm having a major issue with an instagram account I manage for a client. We just started managing it, and nothing is loaded under the "you" section of the activity feed. We know we're getting notifications, but they never show up there. And we've tried logging in on multiple different devices and they all do that, so it's obviously something within the acocunt itself.
We've tried contacting Instagram on pretty much any avenue we can, and haven't heard a peep. It's stressful because this is a musician's social account and we need to be that handle.
We would just delete and re-make it, but apparently, you can't delete and account then make with the same handle, and since you can never hear back from support, we def don't want to risk it.
Does anyone have ANY suggestions? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks friends!
