can anyone tell me what they (experts) woiuld do if when hunting for KW's this pops up:
Volume: 165,000/mo | CPC: £0.19 | Competition: 0.4 And I can tell you that result is 4.4million when including a normal web search (Mine was restricted to UK only)

Your info is too vague, use kwfinder.com and see how many searches for the keyword.
P.S. The keyword results in google has nothing to do with adwords.

Might be too broad of a keyword, but might be worth testing at .19 per click.

No one can tell. Not only does it depend on what activities you will do to outdo your competition but it also depends on what your competition does to not be outranked.
