[HELP] I NEED HELP ABOUT MY BLOGGING JOURNEY

i want to start my blogging journey from scratch and organic no paid ads, only organic traffic and legal with some paid tools, talking about paid tools, my questions are:

- is there any cheap services/company alternative to Ahrefs and Semrush? bcz my budget is so limited ($300) my aid is for blogging only

- can i use Google keyword planner as alternative to Ahrefs?

As i said, i'm about to buy: 1 year hosting and 1 year domain name and generatepress one (1year) and chatgpt 4o (also 1year).

i need suggestions and help guys plz.

I suggest starting with group buys to get Semrush for cheap prices. If you don't like group buys and you want your own subscription, you can start with Ubbersuggest, it's cheap, but just note that Ubeersuggest doesn't have a lot of data compared to Ahref and Semruch.

For google planner: Yes, indeed you can use it, but personally I wouldn't rely only on it.

Last but not least, you mentioned GeneratPress. I believe this theme is free, but if you're talking about the Plugin (premium plugin), you can get it nulled. I still have one, I can it give it to you if you want (not sure if it's the last update). reach out to me in DM if you want it.

And finally, for the host and domain names, there are some domain names providers who offers very cheap prices for the first year, but bear in mind that after that the price will be a bit higher than the other providers. Same for the host, you can start with sharing hosts, as they are cheap, and then migrate later to good hosts.

For budget-friendly alternatives to Ahrefs and SEMrush, consider Ubersuggest, Serpstat, or Moz. Google Keyword Planner is a good free option for keyword research but lacks advanced features like competitor analysis and backlink data. With your $300 budget, focus on the essentials (hosting, domain, theme) and use affordable tools to start building your organic traffic.

If I really need an overview of my onsite SEO of small/starting sites I'll throw the site into SEObility. It has its quirks but it has a free option and is good enough to get things straightened out. For keywords I really like LowFruits (and if you run out of free credits, they're not in the insane price level imo) and to track them Wincher. While not as "powerful" as Sem or Ahrefs, they have some decent sales and will make offers if you cancel to try to keep you. Mind, this is what works for me. YMMV.
