Organize them, be sure you have other contact information as well so you can increase your open rates by possibly addressing the emails by first or last name. (Do this in the Subject Line).
Also, upload them into a CRM and make sure they are valid emails and end up going somewhere.
Next, try to sort the leads by niche related. Meaning, you can offer clickbank offers to them and build landing pages to send them to.

If the are ‘leads’ I assume they are ‘onto something’ already. What you have now looks like contacts list, depending on how it was acquired there are few ways you can try to market it.
