{HELP} How To Use NinjaGram Bot ?

I have got 2 instagram accounts (1 aged and 1 new) and I have got my hands on Latest NinjaGram bot for instagram. But I don't know how to use NinjaGram can anyone guide me how to use it to gain followers and earn money? and I have also signed up for CPAGrip coz my OGAds application was denied few days back.
