Help - How to manage multiple IG accounts

Hi guys!
I bought 30 phone verified gmail accounts and want to promote CPA offers on Instagram to start making some money.
I don't know how to make 30 instagram accounts without getting my IP banned and then how to manage them and gain followers, please help me. I don't know about proxies. It'd be best if you recommend some free and manual method.
Also give me tips for Instagram CPA journey, so I can make my first few dollars.

It's better to simple purchase non PVA'd instagram accounts from sellers in the blackhatworld marketplace.
You can then use google voice phone numbers to phone verifiy these accounts when you put them on proxies.
I suggest using 1 proxy per instagram account. A proxy is an unique IP address that will make it look like all of your accounts are active to different users.
There are many blackhatworld proxy providers in the marketplace. You MUST use proxies, they are simple to use, download massplanner to log into accounts via proxy.

I would get Massplanner and a bunch of proxies and let them run. Massplanner has a bunch of tutorials on how to use it and the instagram subforum on here has a ton of great info.

I'll recommend you what's best in my experience.

1# Buy proxies
1.A - Each proxy you have will give you a different IP address
1.B - If you are willing to use all those 30 accs for the same niche, I suggest you to use at max 2 accs per proxy,
[NOTE] Remember, the problem isn't having 100 accs in the same IP, the problem is having 100 accs in the same IP doing similar things

2# Get Massplanner
2.A - Massplanner is a software that allows you to manage multiple accounts, even more than IG (FB, Tumblr, Linkedin, Pinterest, Google)
2.B - He will easify your hole job, from simply posting to liking and making your acc sound not-fake

Seriously, I have several accounts on one proxy and no issues whatsoever. If you're running into account bans you are being reported

running more than 1 account per proxy can get your accounts banned, not good since you paid for them already
find a niche for them and follow/unfollow while you build up your accounts
