[help]HOW TO LINK TO A NEW CHANNEL TO AN MCN STEP BY STEP PROCESS

Hi everyone,
I got terminated on YouTube few months back. I many YT accounts and new adsense for each channel but still my channels got disable. So I want to join an MCN network like freedom or anything which accepts new channel. Do I have to make an Adsense account to link an MCN I mean to keep monetisation enabled? If no then help me to link my channel with an MCN with a step by step process
